Alt + Num Pad

I'm looking for a list of all the combinations for the symbols and wierd characters. Like Alt + 168 = ¿ Alt + 8852 = ö etc. Does anybody know where there is one?

isn't there a little windows program that has that list. Special Characters or something. (don't know the name in english)

its called character map

Go to start>>programs>>accessories>>system tools

and it should be in there.

I think when you install windows, you can deselect the option wheter you install it or not. Mayby you left it unchecked or unchecked it yourself. Then you could probably find it on the Microsoft Windows cd-rom.

im going on the guess that he didnt know that he could do that, or didnt do it at all.

Since by my experience, not many people take those things off. But, if you did and want a good charmap program that is a little better than the windows version there was a good one at www.download.com . I dont remember the name of it, but it had a couple other features that the windows one does not.
