frustraded webdesginer

bah... well, im not much of a webdesigner, but i have to redesign

the thing is, i can't go graphics heavy (I can have some.. not much) and I need to use that ugly ass logo.

I am strapped for ideas, if anyone can think of a way to lay it out and have it look good, I am all ears.

Oh yeah, and it needs all the links in those redboxes to be on the front page and on every subpage... to make it easy to maneuver.

Everything I do ends up ogly... it is really pissing me off.

if your scared about making a slow loading page because of that logo y don't u jsut opne it in photoshop and then optimize it to cut down size????
then you can spice up your website and maybe make a menu for all that info cause it looks cluttered like the ways it is.
