cheap hosting service needed

Im looking for a cheap web-hosting service - like real cheap. The one I use (powweb) costs $7.77 a month, but offers a lot; I want to find one that costs even less, but offers less, also. I dont care if it only gives you 2mb of space, just as long as it will let me point to whatever domain I choose. Does anyone know of anything? (as a present Im putting together a resume site for a friend; Ill buy the domain but expect him to pay the per-month, thats why I want it cheap).
