need some flash help

if anyone can use flash well i really need help.. im trying to make a flash banned of a guy sneaking around and shooting a paintball gun.. i have the images but i dont know how to actually make it look like hes lurking around.. i tried and it looks like he is bobbing around like an idiot.
please help
