and I don't have photoshop. So, what's this site all about. Are there any people willing to like touch up a picture for free for me or do you not do that here?

Depends how complicated and big and time-consuming it'll will determine whether or not I'll do it...Although, I'm not the best, so i'll do this for practice really.
