Help w/ CS3 menus . . .

I just got CS3, and the menus do not show all of the options that they should... I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about. What does one have to do to bypass this unnecessary step?

I can only assume you're talking about the tools palette, they're all there just compacted. Try pressing the >> in the grey box above the menus.
