Looking for Cybling

Fellas,

I'm looking for Cybling or anyone who might be familiar with matte painting in photoshop. I noticed many sites that deal with 3D have articles on matte painting.

I was watching a video of Dylan Cole on CG Talk and thought of Cybling. So Cyb, if you're out there, I'd appreciate any information you might have on matte painting in terms of how to start. I was on Mattepainting.org but they really talk about how to get an effect, not so much the tools used and how to start.

Thanks for the help and I look forward to hearing from anyone who knows about matte painting and if Cybling can offer some leads to sites, that'd be great.
