Hi, right now i'm developing a new software to remove noise in high-compressed jpeg. I have tested with "jpeg quality = 1" image.. and successfully to increase the quality factor to 5. I want to know your comment. If you have time, please open http://www.egoldpixel.com/jpegThanks.
