I'm happy right now. For months I've wanted to know if I could dock the damn PS toolbars. They are just too big and are often in the way. Well this came by accident, I just drug my layers pallete to the top to attempt to get it out of the way, and Voila!......I wish I paid attention to tooltips.  But what i REALLLLLY want to know is how to dock the toolbar. That thing drives me absolutely crazy. I'm always moving it back and forth to get it out of the way when I'm working.

You can shrink it by double clicking the blue bar at the top of the tool palate.
