gear32sd.dll error

Just installed Win2K and re-installed PS. Now I'm getting a gear32sd.dll error when I open PS. How can I fix this? I've searched the net everywhere trying to find this .dll.

It's saying it cannot be found. I've tried reinstalling 2 times but still getting the same error

That's where I used to get all my missing Win98 dll files.

EDIT: Nevermind, I guess they're not up anymore.

EDIT#2: The .dll doesn't exist on my machine, and I'm running Win2K and PS6.0

can you tell us 'word for word' what the error dialog says?

when in the initialization procedure it happens?

and

have you downloaded and installed the 6.01 patch?
