It's called Deep Paint....It's a Photoshop plug-in....I havent recieved it yet....but I'll let you all know how it is when I get it...It looks pretty cool!!!!

Yeah, I just read a few reviews of it. It's like a huge expansion to the default Artistic Filters. Looks really cool. Now I just have to get a loan for $250 to buy it.
