Photo Help

I was wondering if anyone could help me photoshop a photo I have. I tried myself but Im far from making it look good. Im still trying to learn it. This photo is of a guy I work with, he's in the "world series of poker" in Vegas. Hes due to come back to work on tuesday and we are gonna have a party for him and thought photoshopping a pic of him would be pretty funny.
His Nickname is "fossilman"..so i thought to photoshop him as his head with a fossil/ dino body would be perfect.

thats cool why dont you try something first and we can go from there , this would give us an idea whats you can do and also the effect you want to get.
