XP Question

Hello,

I'm often asked to include XP icons in my clients designs.

My problem is, I have to waste a tremendous amount of time searching the web for the icons because the are to small on my desktop or the have a "shortcut" arrow blocking the full icon.

Where do I go in XPpro to find all the icons in XP? And how do I get a large sample?

Any advice would be appreciated.

The icons are actually inside of shell32.dll in the windows/system32 directory.
