there's this guy who calls techsupport:
User: Hi I can't log in to read my mail.
Techsupport verifies everything - everything works.
Techsupport: Could you tell me your password - you will change it afterwards.
User: Sure - my password is asterisc asterisc asterisc.....
Techsupport: !?!
User: Ha! I got you! You can't tell whether I'm really stupid or really smart!
