iPods in different colors?

Anyone know if Apple plans on making their iPods in different colors?

In S.F right now there's this massive ad campaign going on now with these really colorful ads. I didn't know if maybe they planned on making the iPod in different colors?

Any of you hardcore Apple guys know anything about this?

I doubt they will but if you like to mod stuff then why not mod an iPod? Paint it, add windows, whatever you want! Oh and if you don't know what I mean by modding stuff then goto http://www.metku.net and check out the gallery's and stuff!

I'm looking into getting an iPod which is why I'm asking. I didn't want to get a plain white one if they were going to come out with colored ones. I don't mind the white, I just wanted to see if I'd have an option. :D

I seriously doubt they will come out with colored ones. I think those colored ads are just that, ads, not a hint of new psychadelic colored iPods. They already went through that phase with the original iMacs. Now they are doing elegant and sleek. White, and aluminum.

But definitely get an iPod. Especially now that iTunes for Windows is out, it's a perfectly seamless and wonderful experience, even on a PC!
