customize & order a computer online?

I work on computers every day, have for years. 1 brand stands out above the rest as the most reliable, and has the best customer service. The Compaq and HP home lines blow ass, but are at least semi-reliable. Dell's customer support is run by jackasses. These people wouldn't know their foot from a hard drive. Dell's PC's (especially monitors and hard drives, they must buy the cheapest lots) are by far the least reliable machines I've seen. I've replaced more hard drives in Dell machines than in all other machines combined. HP and Compaq are nothing to brag about either, but at least the business machines, and the support for the business machines, are great.

I don't own stock in any computer manufacturer, nor any stock at all for that matter, but I'd put my money on Gateway any day. My next computer will surely be a Gateway (if I can ever afford a new computer at all)

cyberpower will probably get all my future pc business. pank was looking at ordering from them, not sure if he did or not...
