Um... im not really sure what your looking for, the button style or the colors? But it would be easier just to make one yourself... or post something in the free section of the "help wanted" section.. someone here might be generious enough to spend some time with you and make you a simple layout kindof thing.

But to answer your questions I havent seen any... but it really all depends on weither or not your willing to pay for the template/design :P

Search google for Mac style buttons and Photoshop. I know I have seen a few tutorials on the mac look. Might be a place to start. There are also some Mac icon sets out there I have seen. Cant think off the top of my head.

Go there and follow the tutorial called Apple Layout. It's the very first tutorial on the page. I hope that helped.

He has some tutorials that might help. There is a tutorial there on how to make Mac OSX text. The tutorial says to use 400 size text but you can obviously make it smaller to fit your needs.
