Happy B-Day to me, indeed....

I just went to the HazMat recycling place to dump off a dead 20" Apple CRT Monitor, and walked away with a Grape iMac that somebody else had just dropped off. The thing looks brand new. The guy at the HazMat place told me that the guy who dropped it off was about 60 and just didn't wanna mess with it, that he was gonna buy a new system. With any luck, it's a problem I can fix fairly easily, and sell it for some free and clear cash.

No matter what, there's gotta be SOMETHING I can use from it: 13 GB HD, RAM Modules, a DVD drive....Might only need a power supply.

I have some fun tinkering to do today....
