UPDATED :D

But I wonder if my firewall (Norton Personal firewall) would have blocked such attack... but i guess updating was a better idea than triying to find out...

But do you allow your Norton firewall to let Macromedia through?
That is a serious exploit.... so many people have that installed....

You might like this Mattboy --- I ran across this a while back. This guy explains how Buffer Overflow Hacking works. I am by no means encouraging people to do this, just that it is good to know how people exploit so you can understand what is going on.

i find it interesting that the security flaw was discovered just as macromedia launched their site redesign...
