Thats a big job. Please, please dont do it with a company you find online. You are going to have to go find a printshop in your area. That way you will have a hand in how it all turns out. You need to make sure your proofs are acceptable, the colours are as how you intended them, that they will get the job done when you need it, and that its easy for them to get a hold of you if there are problems. Its even better if you are able to go down and see them to check the problem. You need to a part of this process, and simply sending a cd off to some "cheap" company you see online or in a magazine just wont cut it. Do some research in your area (Near DC??? I assume you have many quality print services near you). I strongly believe that you cant just choose any old printer for your work. (Ive seen your work, its excellent). Printing is the final step in showcasing your design, do it right. :D
