i'd just like to say now, i know why everyone raves over Apple's. they might just be the most amazing computers/ pieces of art i have ever seen and used. i got an iBook for christmas (700mhz G3 w/ 256mb RAM) and it is soooo smooth. faster than my old Sony POS Celeron. I gotta thank you guys for always stressing Mac's and how wonderful they are. YAY!

Just about anything is faster than a celeron cpu based computer. But anyway, try running Photoshop 7, Illustrator 10, and other recent Adobe apps in mac OSX. Its not quite as good as its cracked up to be. From what I've been reading everywhere, mac designers have been sticking to older versions of Adobe apps and mac OS9 for better speed and stability. Otherwise, macs are cool. Glad you like yours. |

mr b: I only have a demo copy of Dreamweaver MX for OSX and it seems to run very well...for PS i just open OS9 inside OSX and it opens in 6 and a half seconds or something...it's grrrrrrrrreat! Whatever you're happy with...PC or Mac, i think everyone should at least try both before ranting and raving
