Looks like Arial Bold, 24pt, with a +25 AV (tracking).

where do i get the tracking thing?

If you are using Photoshop look in the Character pallet. You will see an <-- AV --> and a number. You can manually type in just about any amount you need ( + or - ) or you can pick a preset from the drop down list.

That just sets the spacing between the characters.

Its either Helvetica or its rip-off font, Arial.
