Forum Design

Hey, Pank, I've been working on this layout for my site, and I was half way through until I ran out of ideas, and then I saw the new forum design, so I was wondering if I could make something similar to the design at the top, of this forum, it'd look like it is now, except I'd replace the banner space and the dotty space with a top image that I already have designed (few layermaks should do), then from the sides flamy buttons would slowly blend out. Hope you respond soon.

WOWOWWOWOOW, cmon guys I do not rip, I was simply asking if I could use parts of the design, and throw in a few of mine, because I have this layout I have that's more than 50% completed and I've been thinking and thinking but, I can't think of anything. Hope that cleared things up, VnxDragon=Make my own design or ask to use particular parts of a design. NO RIP ANTI RIP, anyhow thanks for the replay guys. Bye bye

yeah give the guy a break, I have seen this format of forum design (with the member boxout etc) in a couple of other forums, Gazal for one. You may or may not be the first but you sure as hell wont be the last. Tsk tsk you will be wanting to reserve the 45 degree arrow for sole use next ;)

I dont imagine he said "great header, wicked colours, hmmm nice forum buttons, I'll take those" Just that he was 'inspired' from the layout. His only error seems to be couching his question in a unflattering manner.

Of course if Vnx has any worries that it is too heavily inspired then he could always post it here for opinions

I like that design, but I'm really not into buying layouts, or desgins, because I just feel better when I design it myself whether it's good as this one or if it's not as good as this one. However, to clarify the thing about ripping...
I simply like the design at the top of the forum, and I was just wondering if pank would allow me to redesign that top part, and use it in my own site, that's all. Anyhow, back to the drawing board for me.
